The event is held at 7 stores within the Gokurakuyu and RAKU SPA group. To receive a limited muffler towel, purchase the 'ParaLive Plus Set' (entrance fee + set) upon entry. For every 2,000 yen spent on original goods, you can receive a Washi-style sticker (choose A or B, while supplies last; separate receipts cannot be combined, and the Plus Set/online purchases are excluded). Limited voice recordings are sold in-store and require a smartphone; these can only be played inside the venue. Order 5 collaboration menu items to participate in a seal rally for an additional coaster. To enter a lottery for collaboration decorations, follow the official X accounts and post using the hashtag #パラライ極楽湯.

A pop-up store is exclusively available at the Ikebukuro Main Store, where customers who spend 3,300 yen or more can receive one random illustration card from a set of 16. Additionally, limited prizes are available at Tokyo Leisure Land Ikebukuro.
