Visitor Tips
Access to the front viewing space is via a pre-lottery through the 'Sanrio+' app, restricted to users with Gold, Platinum, or Diamond stages (requires 30 Smiles). Application period is August 17–23, 2026. One companion is allowed per winner; children aged 3 and up count as a companion, while children 2 and under may sit on a lap. Entry requires presenting the digital ticket in the app (screenshots are not accepted). Strollers are not permitted in the viewing area.
