Visitor Tips
To receive novelties, you must ride the Tokaido Shinkansen, complete a digital test on the campaign site, and show the boarding certificate to staff. Free account registration and GPS are required. Some train sections (e.g., Tokyo to Shin-Yokohama) may not support access. Novelties are limited and distributed in two phases: Phase 1 (Sept 11-29) and Phase 2 (Sept 30-Dec 13). Merchandise can be purchased by anyone without riding the train.
