Available at Lawson stores nationwide and Nintendo stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Fukuoka. For the pre-sale at the 'Life's Joy Exhibition' (June 4-7), there is a limit of 10 draws per person. Digital numbered tickets are issued from 11:00 AM via the mogily system, but can only be obtained if you are within a 1km radius of the exhibition venue.
